  • Who are these courses for?

    These courses are intended for administrators and clinicians working in a Rapid Access Clinic, as contracted by Alberta Health Services. Rapid Access Clinics are specialized clinics aimed at improving access to musculoskeletal care for Albertans.

  • I am a clinician working outside of Rapid Access Clinics. Can I take the training?

    Yes. Knowledge of the service model and expectations, as well as the clinician modules for shoulder, soft tissue knee, and spine conditions can be enrolled in. However, please note that these modules have been developed for administrators and clinicians working in a Rapid Access Clinic environment.

  • Who do I contact if I am having any technical troubles with enrolling or participating in the course?

  • I have some feedback to provide about the course content. Who do I get in touch with?

    Course evaluation surveys are available at the completion of each module. Please include any feedback you have in this survey.

  • How long does the course take to complete?

    Each module differs in length, but on average can be completed within 1-2 hours.

  • Can I use these courses towards my Continuing Medical Eduction (CME) credits?

    These courses are not currently certified for CME credits.
